Refund and Cancellation

At i3 Designers, we strive to deliver high-quality services and a seamless experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins: Full refund (minus transaction fees) if canceled before project work starts.
After Work Has Started: Partial refund based on work completed.
After Project Completion: No cancellations or refunds once services are delivered and approved.
Recurring Services (Maintenance, Hosting, etc.): Cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid next billing charges.
2. Refund Policy
Full Refund: If we are unable to start the project due to unforeseen reasons.
Partial Refund: Proportional to remaining work if the project is in progress.
No Refund: After delivery and client approval.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be granted only for:
✅ Duplicate payments
✅ Services we could not start
✅ Technical issues that cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be provided for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Lack of required client materials or information
❌ Issues caused by third-party hosting/plugins/software
❌ Cancellation requests after service delivery
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Send an email to 📧 info@i3designers.com with subject “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request”.
Include your Invoice Number, Transaction ID, and reason for request.
Our team will respond within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy anytime. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
