1. Cancellation Policy

    • Before Work Begins: Full refund (minus transaction fees) if canceled before project work starts.

    • After Work Has Started: Partial refund based on work completed.

    • After Project Completion: No cancellations or refunds once services are delivered and approved.

    • Recurring Services (Maintenance, Hosting, etc.): Cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid next billing charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If we are unable to start the project due to unforeseen reasons.

  • Partial Refund: Proportional to remaining work if the project is in progress.

  • No Refund: After delivery and client approval.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be granted only for:
✅ Duplicate payments
✅ Services we could not start
✅ Technical issues that cannot be resolved

Refunds will not be provided for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase
❌ Lack of required client materials or information
❌ Issues caused by third-party hosting/plugins/software
❌ Cancellation requests after service delivery

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  2. Include your Invoice Number, Transaction ID, and reason for request.

  3. Our team will respond within 7 business days.

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • We may update this policy anytime. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
